Terms & Conditions for Employee
- Service Duration: The placement support program is valid for 6 months from the date of payment.
- Non-Refundable Fee: The registration fee of ₹1,000 is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Services Included:
- Resume building and optimization
- Job search guidance and strategy
- Training for interviews and professional skills
- Optional career counseling (as per schedule)
- Additional support like soft skills guidance and follow-ups
- Access to job opportunities through WhatsApp groups or LinkedIn posts
- Job Guarantee Disclaimer: While guidance and support will be provided, the company does not guarantee placement within the program duration.
- Candidate Responsibility: Candidates must actively participate in training sessions, submit necessary documents, and follow instructions to receive full benefit.
- Attendance Policy: If a candidate is scheduled for an interview and does not attend or does not join the offered job, they will be immediately blacklisted from further opportunities provided by the program.
- Communication: All official communication will be through email, WhatsApp, or LinkedIn only. Candidates are responsible for providing accurate contact details.
- Confidentiality: Candidate data will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
- Termination: The company reserves the right to terminate support if the candidate is found providing false information, not participating actively, or violating the blacklist clause.
- Acceptance of Terms: By paying the fee, the candidate acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions of the program.

Terms & Conditions for Employer
- Confidentiality of Shared Profiles: Candidate details must not be shared externally without Nexsphere’s consent.
- One-Time Free Replacement: Available within 60 days in case of resignation or termination (with conditions).
- Token Amount – Non-Refundable: ₹999 fee is charged for process initiation and is non-refundable.
- Candidate Joining Timeline: Joining should be offered within 3 working days after selection.
- Delays in Feedback or Scheduling: Repeated delays may lead to hiring mandate reprioritization.
- Communication Protocol: All hiring-related communication must go through official Nexsphere channels.
- Invoice & Payment Terms: Payments must be processed within the due date after invoice generation.
- No Direct Hiring Without Intimation: Direct hiring without Nexsphere’s involvement incurs full service fee liability.
- Limitation of Liability: Nexsphere is not liable for performance or retention beyond the replacement policy.
- Six-Month Commitment & Training Clause: Employers should allow 6 months of employment and keep training under 10 days unless agreed otherwise.
